The school is housed in a spacious building with playgrounds, well equipped laboratories, a canteen and other facilities to provide an atmosphere conducive for learning.
In addition to English and Urdu, the school will also offers additional languages very soon.
Computer is taught as a subject from beginning to provide students with a first-hand experience. At the senior secondary level, the school will offers science and commerce streams.

School Laboratories
Students avail purpose built and well equipped separate labs for Computer science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Home science. Computer labs (for Senior and Junior students separately) are enabled with updated computers and other facilities .All other laboratories are equipped with more than sufficient, with all necessities essential for practical work.
Library
The school has a fully equipped library with a reference section and a reading room area. Stocked with books in various categories and a number of periodicals.. Innovative plans will be introduced in the Library, which is the core center for learning. The open shelf system for students and teachers will be introduced.
Play Grounds & Play Area:
A large play ground provide ample facility for games and sports. Special coaching will be provided to interested students for different indoor and outdoor games. A separate play area for primary section and another for Montessori section are equipped with play items suitable for the small age group children.
School Clinic:
A well designed and sufficiently equipped school clinic with visiting doctors facilitate the provision of first aid, routine check ups and vaccination programs for students. Regular health check-up of students is done and a record is maintained. Parents are informed if the nurse finds that a child needs special medical attention.
School Canteen:
The School Canteen caters to providing refreshments to the school children and opens during recess breaks. A Well stocked and hygienic school canteen serves snacks and soft drinks at fixed prices approved by the school.
School Store
The School makes available the prescribed text books, necessary stationery, uniforms, school bags, notebooks, badges etc. in the school stores.
Transport Facility: (Future Plan)
The Central Transport system is operated by fleet of Air Conditioned buses flying to all places. Students may avail the school transport for attending school and going back home.
Co-curricular Activities, Sports and Games
Academics Athletics, games and co-curricular activities etc are inter wined at Central. The Central Playground and courts are well designed to give emphasis to physical education, cricket, football and athletics; while special training is given for Foot ball and Volley ball under the supervision of trainers. The indoor games include table tennis, chess and carom.
The Science Club Debating and Dramatic Association (LDDA) and students for Qirat (Skillful recitation of Holy Quran) helps to discover and activate and mould inert talents.
